We greatly value every actor and employee at Mournful Manor Haunted House, but once in awhile an actor comes along who truly makes an impact above and beyond the call of duty. They lose their self in their character. They inspire other actors to greatness. They become that one actor that people come from miles around to see. For this reason, in 2012 we began commemorating these exceptional few with a once-in-a-lifetime Hall of Fame award.
Joe has been a member of the Mournful Manor family since our inaugural season in 2010 when he played the lone clown in our Circus. In 2011, he transitioned to the Big Baby role and took it to terrifying new places. In Joe's hands, Big Baby has become one of the staples of Mournful Manor Haunted House and one of our guests' favorite and most memorable characters. At once sad and pathetic, yet powerful and menacing, Big Baby is a force to be reckoned with, and we have Joe's performances to thank. Not only is Joe one of our top actors during the season, but he is also one of the key members of our build and teardown crew, a constant presence at all of our meetings and training sessions, and a back stage leader. We are very proud to induct Joe into the Mournful Manor Hall of Fame for 2013.
Billy has been our Psychopathic Murderer since our inaugural season in 2010. Billy has made a huge impression with all of our guests as well as every member of our staff. He was the original face of Mournful Manor Haunted house appearing not only on the front page of our website, but in our training materiels and employee handbook as well. He was instrumental in our early success and for that reason, we are pleased to induct Billy as the first member of the Mournful Manor Hall of Fame.
